b Overview /b p In this role you will lead large-scale Employee Experience and AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives, advising senior clients and shaping change strategies. You will drive adoption, culture and capability building while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable people impact. You’ll translate complex transformation concepts into compelling narratives and deliverables, and grow the AI Workforce Transformation agenda across client engagements. This is a senior, market-facing role with opportunities to shape propositions and accelerate business growth. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 25 days annual leave /li li private healthcare /li li group income protection /li li pension scheme with matched contributions up to 10% /li li hybrid working options /li li employee assistance programme /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Design and deliver Employee Experience and Engagement strategies to support large-scale HR, business and tech-enabled transformations /li li Lead and grow the AI Workforce Transformation agenda within EX, focusing on readiness, adoption and new ways of working /li li Advise C-suite and senior leaders on people impacts of AI and transformation, covering culture, capability and skills /li li Translate complex concepts into clear narratives and experience-led deliverables across channels /li li Use insight-led approaches and tools (e.g., ChangeVue, Engage-enabled diagnostics) to assess readiness and risk /li li Develop change acceleration roadmaps, mobilising leaders and HR to sustain performance /li li Lead business development, opportunity shaping, proposals, pricing and commercial negotiations /li li Build deep client relationships to expand integrated AI Workforce Transformation engagements /li li Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage budget, timeline, quality and risk /li li Coach and develop colleagues through project leadership and advisory skills /li li Partner with EX, Work Rewards, Integrated Global Solutions and Health, Wealth Career to deliver integrated offerings /li li Provide thought leadership and contribute to intellectual capital and new tools /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience advising senior clients and managing large client relationships /li li Proven ability to lead complex Employee Experience, communication or workforce transformation programmes from strategy to execution /li li Strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging technologies shaping work and skills /li li Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders and influence across organization levels /li li Track record of generating revenue, shaping opportunities, scoping work, pricing and delivering commercial outcomes /li li Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences /li li Strong storytelling and change narrative development capability /li li Proven problem-solving across teams and leveraging related resources /li li Innovative mindset with ability to turn ideas into practical progress /li li Bachelor’s degree; availability to travel as needed /li /ul ul li Strong facilitation and communication /li li Storytelling and narrative development /li li Client relationship management /li li Collaborative and innovative mindset /li li ChangeVue /li li Engage-enabled diagnostics /li /ul
