Description

Role: Wordings Technician – CRB

Business Unit: P&C Wordings / GB Retail Wordings Team

Location: Hybrid – Ipswich / London / Home (if preferred)

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and support to clients, client servicing / sales teams on Wordings related matters
  • Provide comparisons between differing contract Wordings
  • Identify improvements and recommend amendments to contract Wordings
  • Apply technical wordings to real claim scenarios and identify any possible gaps in cover with solutions
  • Self-manage, monitor and prioritise own work
  • Update and maintain electronic wordings files
  • Attend meetings with client / sales teams
  • Attend client / insurer meetings when required
  • Negotiate with Insurers (if required)
  • Support the drafting or presentation of technical training (if required)
