Technology Resilience Assurance Coordinator to oversee and execute resilience testing and assurance activities for critical business systems. The role ensures operational continuity, compliance with regulatory standards, and the robustness of technology environments. The role holder will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, lead resilience initiatives, and execute rigorous validation frameworks to strengthen organizational technology posture. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
The Role
- Champion the resilience testing and assurance strategy across the organization
- Support, plan and coordinate resilience tests, including:
- Recovery strategy validation
- Application and dependency testing
- Regulatory required exercises
Qualifications
- Experience in technology resilience, DR, risk assurance
- Excellent communication, both technical and non-technical, across multi-disciplinary teams
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Strong test planning and execution capabilities
- Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation expertise
