Join us as a Senior Pensions Projects Coordinator within our Outsourcing line of business for our Redhill office working hybrid. The Senior Pensions Projects Co-Ordinator plays a pivotal role in the delivery of a variety of projects, representing the Administration function and maintaining the touchpoints between various other teams in the business. In this role you will report to the Projects Team Leader, with a primary focus on LifeSight (LS) project work, including a portfolio of workstacks from BAU work to client critical projects and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and with a high standard of quality.
The Role
- Assisting with the delivery of specific projects, including gathering requirements, testing and rollout, with a keen eye to detail ensuring smooth and on time delivery.
- Liaising with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that requirements are well defined and understood to deliver the requested task.
- Building and maintaining technical, procedural, process and client knowledge.
- Production of clear and concise testing evidence when proposing sign off of changes.
- Checking and challenging work performed by colleagues on team and making sure that the requested work has been undertaken on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Ensuring accurate time recording on work completed, in line with the LS charging structure.
- Working in a collaborative manner within a high-pressure environment to develop key relationships.
- Participating in daily stand ups / huddles, team meetings and retrospectives.
- Escalating blockers, issues or concerns to Team Leads, as appropriate.
- Providing regular updates to the Projects Portfolio Lead on any project work assigned to your ownership to aid stakeholder management and project status reporting.
- Being a point of reference for the LifeSight Administration team on technical issues, non-standard cases and project related queries.
Qualifications
- Experience of dealing with DC occupational pension schemes or Master Trusts.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Keen eye to detail with ability to test changes against requirements and produce clear and high-quality test evidence.
- Ability to influence, network and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Takes responsibility for assigned work to meet all project milestones.
- Demonstrating a ‘can-do’ attitude, overcoming problems as they arise and maintaining high levels of performance when dealing with difficult and challenging work.
- Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
