b Overview /b p In this hybrid role, you lead employee relations across the Outsourcing business in the UK and provide end-to-end case management within policy and procedure. You mentor ER specialists and partner with HRBPs to shape repeatable, compliant practices aligned with the global HR operating model. You tackle complex investigations, escalate when needed, and drive prevention strategies while supporting Talent and business leaders on workforce design, performance, and change initiatives. This is a people-focused role that combines ER expertise with strategic HR partnership to enable business priorities and regulatory compliance. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 25 days of annual leave + an extra WTW day /li li private healthcare and life insurance /li li defined contribution pension with up to 10% employer contributions /li li hybrid working /li li employee assistance programme /li li volunteer day /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide ongoing guidance and supervision to Employee Relations Specialists to ensure compliant resolutions within guidelines and timelines /li li Serve as ER subject-matter expert, leading best practices and current legislation alignment /li li Handle complex investigations and escalate to Legal/Compliance and Head of Employee Relations GB /li li Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure effective case management and prevention strategies /li li Develop ER team capabilities through coaching and upskilling /li li Manage workflow and capacity planning to cover peak periods /li li Identify trends and gaps in hiring, onboarding, leaves, contractor issues, etc. /li li Embed ER processes in policy development and continuous improvement /li li Prepare documentation for employee tribunal claims and coordinate with Legal on cases /li li HRBP: execute talent strategies with Talent Advisor and leadership teams /li li Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management to achieve synergy targets /li li Promote inclusion and diversity in HR service delivery /li li Plan and execute workforce plans with Recruitment; validate requisitions /li li Support Total Rewards activities and compensation data integrity (HR Cloud) /li li Champion performance and talent management processes with leaders; support succession planning /li li Guide Learning Development initiatives to align with business strategies /li li Provide data-driven analytics for workforce planning and decision making /li li Maintain data validity and educate users on reporting and self-service /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive HR experience across multiple disciplines with emphasis on ER, processes, performance, and coaching /li li Strong knowledge of current employment law and best practices /li li Knowledge of GDPR and SMCR compliance /li li Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments /li li Strong collaboration and influencing skills /li li Creative problem solving and resilience in ambiguous situations /li li Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence without formal authority /li li Ability to navigate a complex organization and build trust through relationships /li li Data judgment and ability to use analytics for talent metrics and trends /li li Experience with organizational design and workforce planning is a plus /li /ul ul li collaboration /li li influencing /li li problem solving /li li HR policy and case management /li li GDPR/SMCR compliance /li li HR data analytics and reporting /li /ul
