Special Contingency Risks - Operations Support SpecialistThis role is responsible for supporting a Business Unit from within the Operations team. Working closely with a fast-paced team, providing accurate, effective operational and problem-solving support, within the WTW Client Excellence Model (CEM)The RoleOperational and Service DeliveryUnderstand, apply and where necessary explain the business unit policies and procedures.Deliver timely and accurate end to end client documentation, within the Client Excellence Model (CEM) framework, FCA and contract certainty requirementsLoading of data into the relevant WTW systems, in an accurate and timely mannerUndertake and verify due diligence of new clients, markets and third partiesReview, monitor and provide resolution to technical questions from clients, markets, A&S, claims, compliance and business unit colleagues, to ensure that the client’s best interests are maintainedSupport the BU in accurate tracking and processing of revenue, as requiredAssist and liaise with Xchanging, the bureau submission and Facilities teams on submission queriesCommunicate effectively with colleagues, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levelsUndertake all mandatory training within the deadline setUndertake annually required level of Continuous Professional DevelopmentPerform quality checks on all documentationAlways maintain confidentiality of information and manage data in line with WTW guidelinesAny other duties as requestedWhat you’ll bring:Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting prioritiesKeen eye for detailExcellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlinesAble to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external sourcesGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient use of MS Word, Excel and OutlookUnderstanding of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service deliveryWorking knowledge of insurance industry, wordings and the regulatory environment Working towards or willing to undertake CII qualificationsWhat we offer Enjoy a generous benefits package designed to help you thrive, both professionally and personally.
