You will blend hands-on engineering with product ownership, guiding JML automation and policy governance to meet regulatory commitments. This is a chance to shape WTW’s identity platform in a risk-conscious, collaborative environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 25 days of annual leave /li li private healthcare /li li pension with company match up to 10% /li li hybrid working /li li volunteer day /li li employee assistance programme /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead design, build and maintenance of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions including connectors, provisioning workflows and access certifications /li li Own and prioritise the SailPoint/IGA backlog and roadmap, balancing risk, compliance deadlines and stakeholder demand /li li Oversee development of Joiner, Mover Leaver automation integrating HR systems (Oracle HCM) with SailPoint /li li Define and govern SoD policies, role models and access certification campaigns /li li Act as senior technical authority for IAM, covering Identity Governance and Administration /li li Drive solution development with automation, security controls, policies and standards /li li Mentor IAM team members and drive process improvements and documentation /li li Oversee configuration and troubleshooting of SCIM, REST and connectors, hands-on when needed /li li Author/review custom rules, workflows, Beanshell/Java scripts and Python automation /li li Govern access certification cycles, entitlement management and role mining /li li Oversee platform health, provisioning/deprovisioning and audit trail integrity /li li Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and roadmap reviews /li li Own roadmap status communications for leadership and stakeholders /li li Oversee user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding and account updates /li li Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations; escalate risks /li li Own audit remediation responses and escalation handling /li li Provide senior input for escalated issues and support tickets /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive hands-on IAM/IGA engineering experience with SailPoint ISC and/or IIQ /li li Strong understanding of JML, access certification, SoD, and RBAC /li li Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems, AD/Entra ID and SaaS via SCIM/REST /li li Proficiency in Beanshell/Java for SailPoint rules and Python for automation /li li Knowledge of SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM /li li Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR or similar compliance mapping /li li Proven backlog management and collaboration with product/agile teams /li li Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical details for business /li li Good project management skills /li li Positive, collaborative team player with analytical problem solving /li li Nice to have SailPoint certifications; experience with Saviynt/Omada/One Identity; familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps; exposure to Zero Trust and NIST SP 800-53 /li /ul ul li Strong communication /li li Stakeholder management /li li Mentoring and team leadership /li li SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ) /li li SCIM/REST integrations /li li JML lifecycle management /li /ul
