Join us as a DC Pensions Projects associate within our Outsourcing line of business based out of our office in Redhill working hybrid. The Pensions Projects associate role is an exciting opportunity and pivotal to the delivery and growth of the LifeSight Product. LifeSight is WTW’s Defined Contribution (DC) MasterTrust with administration undertaken by WTW’s dedicated trust-based business. LifeSight currently has a membership of over 400k with an AUM of c.£25bn. The Projects associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a variety of projects and product features, representing the Administration function and maintaining the touchpoints between various other teams in the business.
In this role you will report to the Projects Team Leader, with a primary focus on taking responsibility for LifeSight (LS) project delivery, representing a portfolio of workstacks from BAU work to client critical projects.
The RoleProject Delivery Support:
- Learning about and contributing to the delivery of the LifeSight portfolio of projects.
- Developing the skills to participate in all aspects of projects from the initial request through to completion and handover to production.
- Ensuring project work is undertaken on time whilst adhering to our quality standards.
- Demonstrating the ability to work on multiple deliverables at a time.
- Learning, building, and maintaining technical, procedural, process and client knowledge.
- Learning to understand the interdependencies between key deliverables.
- Developing skills to ensure accuracy of time recording, estimates and billable work in line with the LS charging structure.
- In conjunction with Projects Co-Ordinators and Projects Specialists, ensuring that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved.
- Responsible for the adherence to the change, quality assurance and operational excellence frameworks enabling a quality service.
- Escalating potential blockers and issues to senior team members, as appropriate.
- Working with your team and the business to create a positive working environment.
- Participating in and contributing to daily stand ups / huddles, team meetings and retrospectives.
- With professionalism, developing relationships and trust with both external and internal stakeholders such as project managers, LS Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), technical scrum teams and the broader LS business teams.
What you'll bring:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Experience of dealing with DC occupational pension schemes or Master Trusts is preferred.
- Able to work at a high level of accuracy, both independently and as part of a team.
