The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 Β£ per year.
In this role, you will generate revenue by winning new business in line with the Real Estate Practiceβs sales strategy for the social housing sector. Achievement is measured through developing a robust pipeline and closing new business to meet both individual and team targets.
The Role
- Establish pipeline of prospects and develop strategic approach as well as associated short-term impact wins
- Pipeline management and sales cycle implementation to allocate best resources
- Drive sales initiatives for the social housing niche
- Support delivery of consistent start-to-finish client experience ensuring best practice and knowledge sharing
- Engage with marketing to drive and support consistent marketing approach β materials, thought leadership, conferences, events etc.
- Foster a trusted advisor relationship with key prospects.
- Drive innovation and excellent client experiences by connecting WTW expertise across LOBs, specialty, geography, product and industry.
- Support the development of new products specific to specialized area of expertise
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the social housing sector
- Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
- Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
- Strong facilitation skills β able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company
- Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery
