Overview
In this role you own a product area from ambiguous problem to shipped, adopted outcomes within WTW’s digital products. You’ll build rapid AI-driven prototypes, work closely with brokers and operations, and collaborate with engineers, designers and analysts to turn evidence into usable products. You shape strategy, roadmaps and delivery across product domains, balancing judgement, experimentation and impact. This is a builder role with significant scope to influence AI-enabled insurance solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own vision and roadmap for your product area with a sequenced plan
- Think in systems to understand inter-squad impact and shared capabilities
- Prioritize using evidence from user insight and business context
- Turn strategy into actionable commitments for the squad
- Engage in field discovery with brokers and operations to frame problems
- Build-to-learn with AI tooling to prototypes and evaluate ideas
- Set upfront evaluation criteria for AI features and success signals
- Collaborate with design and engineering from sketch to release
- Engage business stakeholders and drive adoption post-release
- Define and track success metrics and contribute to shared product craft
