Fantastic opportunity to work with WTW as a Marketing Manager within FINEX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering marketing strategies that support growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen global connectivity. FINEX provides specialist risk advisory services including risk assessment, risk management, risk transfer, placement, and claims advocacy across financial lines. Operating as part of a dynamic global marketing team, you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of marketing programmes across multiple regions and stakeholder groups. The role is based in London, with flexible working arrangements to balance remote and office work.

You will manage complex projects, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure the seamless delivery of initiatives spanning digital campaigns, events, communications and analytics. This is a fast-paced environment where you will contribute to high impact, multimarket initiatives and collaborate with colleagues worldwide.

The Role

  • Marketing Strategy & Delivery
    • Lead the development and execution of the FINEX global marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and global brand standards.
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns digital, content, social, events, PR in partnership with global and regional marketing colleagues, including Centres of Excellence (Digital, Communications, PR, Design and Research/Analytics).
    • Direct the planning and delivery of digital and in person client events, ensuring brand and process alignment with Event teams and strong amplification across internal and external channels.
    • Oversee campaign evaluation, using digital analytics and performance data to assess effectiveness, optimise tactics and inform strategic decision making.
    • Ensure audience appropriate targeting and manage complex mailing lists using WTW digital tools, working with LOB administrators and business teams to maintain data quality and reach.
    • Maintain strong connectivity with sales teams to ensure marketing activities support commercial priorities and align with sales reporting tools (CRM).
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
    • Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across FINEX globally, ensuring marketing initiatives reflect business priorities and provide proactive strategic value.
    • Work closely with marketing peers across geographies to share best practices, drive consistency, and contribute to a coordinated global approach.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering guidance on positioning, messaging, and market opportunities.
  • Business & Market Insight
    • Develop a deep understanding of FINEX products, services, solutions, client needs and market dynamics.
    • Support alignment to global connectivity initiatives, ensuring marketing contributes effectively to cross market growth.
    • Maintain strong working knowledge of WTW’s broader offerings, markets, and buyer hubs to ensure integrated and client centric marketing activities.

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to marketing colleagues, contributing to a collaborative, high performance culture.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Significant marketing experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, insurance focused or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrable experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools, email marketing systems, analytics platforms and social media channels.
  • Proven ability to evaluate campaign performance using digital analytics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience working across global markets and collaborating with remote teams.
  • Excellent project leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative, autonomy, and judgement in managing priorities and escalating when needed.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a track record of cross team partnership and influencing at all levels.

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience in consultancy, insurance, or financial risk advisory environments.
  • Experience developing creative concepts or using design tools such as InDesign.
  • Familiarity with digital events, SEO, and broader digital optimisation techniques.
