Overview
In this role you will lead large-scale Employee Experience and AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives, advising senior clients and shaping change strategies. You will drive adoption, culture and capability building while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable people impact. You’ll translate complex transformation concepts into compelling narratives and deliverables, and grow the AI Workforce Transformation agenda across client engagements. This is a senior, market-facing role with opportunities to shape propositions and accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Employee Experience and Engagement strategies to support large-scale HR, business and tech-enabled transformations
- Lead and grow the AI Workforce Transformation agenda within EX, focusing on readiness, adoption and new ways of working
- Advise C-suite and senior leaders on people impacts of AI and transformation, covering culture, capability and skills
- Translate complex concepts into clear narratives and experience-led deliverables across channels
- Use insight-led approaches and tools (e.g., ChangeVue, Engage-enabled diagnostics) to assess readiness and risk
- Develop change acceleration roadmaps, mobilising leaders and HR to sustain performance
- Lead business development, opportunity shaping, proposals, pricing and commercial negotiations
- Build deep client relationships to expand integrated AI Workforce Transformation engagements
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage budget, timeline, quality and risk
- Coach and develop colleagues through project leadership and advisory skills
- Partner with EX, Work & Rewards, Integrated & Global Solutions and Health, Wealth & Career to deliver integrated offerings
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to intellectual capital and new tools
Key requirements
- Extensive experience advising senior clients and managing large client relationships
- Proven ability to lead complex Employee Experience, communication or workforce transformation programmes from strategy to execution
- Strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging technologies shaping work and skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders and influence across organization levels
- Track record of generating revenue, shaping opportunities, scoping work, pricing and delivering commercial outcomes
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
- Strong storytelling and change narrative development capability
- Proven problem-solving across teams and leveraging related resources
- Innovative mindset with ability to turn ideas into practical progress
- Bachelor’s degree; availability to travel as needed
