Responsibilities
- Understand clients' businesses and risk profiles to design placement strategies
- Structure, negotiate and place complex property risks across London and international markets
- Deliver bespoke solutions leveraging cross-WTW expertise
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, underwriters and internal stakeholders
- Lead market negotiations for optimal terms, conditions and pricing
- Drive new business activity and support growth initiatives
- Prepare and deliver client/prospect presentations to support growth and retention
- Contribute to business planning and growth strategy of the International Property team
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through market engagement
- Provide technical expertise and market insights to colleagues and clients
- Build internal and external networks across WTW and the insurance market
- Maintain awareness of market developments, emerging risks and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with FCA requirements and WTW policies
- Utilise relevant systems, tools and broking platforms
Key requirements
- Extensive Property Insurance broking experience with international exposure
- Strong London and international market understanding and established relationships
- Proven track record of winning and growing business with excellent client outcomes
- Strong technical, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience with multinational clients and stakeholders across global markets
- ACII qualified or working towards qualification preferred
