The main purpose of the survey specialist role is to be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the Operations and Custom Data Analytics teams by ensuring the timely delivery of rewards data, insights and analytics to clients across EMEA in collaboration with Industry Leaders, Account Managers and the wider Work and Rewards practices. Act as a specialist for producing standard and/or customised analysis based on WTW rewards surveys. Develop a thorough understanding of the methodology of surveys produced by Data Services, interrogation and interpretation of data and the ability to evaluate available data options to suit client requirements. Manage relationships with Account Managers as well as advisory teams, to support data analysis requirements on projects and provide assistance in data analysis/interpretation. Understanding and active involvement in liaising with clients and colleagues on initial or follow-up queries received regarding analysis and costs. Participate in producing intellectual capital driven by rewards data. Work closely with Customer Services teams for end to end account management.

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to use own initiative and see tasks through to completion while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills - experience in Excel (at least to intermediate level) is essential.
  • Numerate with strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, including grammar, spelling, good telephone manner, being able to liaise with external and internal clients in a clear and professional way.
  • A desire to build an understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the broader HR environment.
  • Good team player with a friendly manner, ‘can do’ attitude and flexible to provide support when demand arises.
  • Dedication to quality and customer service.
