Overview
In this role you own the delivery of Risk & Analytics features within Willis Neuron, translating business strategy into a sequenced, deliverable plan. You lead a multi-location delivery team and collaborate with broking, actuarial and tech stakeholders to build data-driven risk tools. You actively use AI tooling to accelerate delivery and ensure governance and smooth handover to operations. This is a key part of Willis’ global transformation in financial services, offering hybrid working and cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities
- Own the delivery roadmap for R&A features and translate priorities into a sequenced plan
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog with clear outcome-focused user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as the decision-maker between business stakeholders and the delivery team to resolve scope and trade-offs
- Lead a multi-location delivery team (BAs, UX, developers, QA) with clear direction and prioritisation
- Engage with broking, actuarial and technology stakeholders across the full delivery lifecycle
- Define and track success measures using data to steer iterations and demonstrate value
- Run agile delivery day-to-day (estimation, sprint and release planning) and manage governance
- Leverage AI tooling in requirements shaping, story drafting, analysis and reporting
- Champion AI-assisted delivery practices and adapt planning and governance accordingly
- Stay aware of AI trends and translate them into roadmap ideas
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies early and clearly
- Ensure solutions align with WTW architecture, security and compliance
- Provide regular progress reporting to PM and senior stakeholders
- Ensure features are transitioned to Service Management post-delivery
- Collaborate with other Product Delivery Leads to improve standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years delivering software products in an agile environment in a lead/manager capacity
- Hands-on use of AI assistants with good judgement on value vs. validation
- Experience owning full product lifecycle from idea to hand-over
- Backlog ownership with clear prioritisation and trade-off decisions
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders and ability to highlight barriers
- Good technical knowledge to challenge options and constraints
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and geographies independently and with teams
- Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methods
