Join us as a Director - Insurance Market Strategy within WTW’s Global Specialty consulting practice in Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT). In this role, you will apply your experience to support insurers in addressing complex market and commercial challenges. You will translate analysis and insight into practical recommendations, contribute to the development of market strategy offerings, and support delivery across a global client base. You will work on high-impact strategic questions shaping the future of insurance markets, including growth, portfolio strategy and commercial transformation. The Role

- Project Delivery & Commercial Leadership
- Lead or support the delivery of strategic engagements, applying structured problem-solving to produce practical outcomes.
- Break down complex problems into clear workstreams and support delivery through to implementation-ready recommendations.
- Contribute to proposal development by helping to define scope, approach and value of WTW’s services.
