Overview
As an Account Executive in WTW’s dedicated placing team, you will manage construction-related insurance placements and ongoing client service.
You’ll apply technical insurance knowledge to tailor programs, draft documentation, and present market submissions to London and overseas markets.
You’ll work closely with clients, insurers, and the overseas network to resolve issues and deliver decisive risk-management outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client service and respond to requests from clients, insurers and third parties
- Apply technical and subject-matter knowledge to renew/place business across markets
- Maintain and update client information in the database
- Prepare documentation for renewals and placements, including MRCs and endorsements
- Create market presentations and underwriting submissions
- Review quotations for suitability and client needs
- Negotiate terms and cover with insurers and present to clients
- Complete technical reports and client summaries
- Attend key client and market meetings
- Collaborate with clients, insurers and overseas network to resolve issues
- Key requirements
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of insurance (construction insurance preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent client focus with proven direct service delivery
- Ability to analyse scenarios and recommend optimal solutions
- Experience with processes and systems supporting client service
- Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Intermediate data analysis knowledge
- Good presentation skills
- Fluency in French or another European language is preferable
- Degree-level education preferred or relevant industry experience
- ACII or similar professional qualification desirable
