This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Broker, responsible for placing and servicing existing clients, developing new business and building strong relationships with clients and insurance markets. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you will collaborate with clients, underwriters, and colleagues across our international network to deliver innovative placement solutions while supporting business development initiatives.The Role:Build a strong understanding of clients' businesses, risk profiles, and insurance requirements to deliver tailored placement solutions.Develop and execute effective placement strategies by identifying appropriate markets and negotiating with insurers.Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders across the business.Support the preparation of client presentations, programme structures, pricing models, and placement documentation.Work closely with
