The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The primary role is to take on a supporting position to the UK based Director of Captive Advisory (DoCA) in Strategic Risk Consulting. You will work in unison with the DoCA in creating new captive consultancy and captive management opportunities from the Willis Towers Watson network. You will represent SRC and Captive and Insurance Management Solutions (CIMS) interests with WTW brokers and colleagues from SRC in helping to promote our Consulting services including providing general technical advisory and support on the utilization of captives.
The Role:
- Support the development of new business for the Company:
- Support the creation of a marketing and new business strategy.
- Support new business opportunities (including cross-selling opportunities) within existing and new client base.
- Support new business development projects.
- Promote the Company within and outside WTW.
Insurance:
- Liaison with insurance brokers, reinsurance brokers, and claims personnel as required.
- Assessment of exposures and risk transfer pricing.
Finance:
- Supporting DoCA on monitoring and advising on:
- solvency and capital requirements
- captive regulatory frameworks
- underwriting strategy for Captives
- reserving methodology
- captive management accounts, statutory accounts and information, budgets, cash flow statements and supplementary information as required.
Corporate Governance compliance requirements.
Management:
- Proactively support and provide input on strategic and major operational issues.
- Assume responsibility for a specific area of company strategy.
- Implement and adhere to policies adopted by the team.
- Contact is maintained with all client directors.
- Monitor and keep leadership apprised of pipeline, sales and project developments.
- Ensure timely development and delivery of consulting projects.
- Maintain clients & prospects relationships.
