Overview
You will lead WTW’s International Business Unit within GB Retail, driving revenue growth and cross-sell across a portfolio of UK clients. As a strategic people manager, you will shape the growth plan, develop the team, and partner with senior stakeholders to achieve retention and sales targets. You will steward proposition development, market strategies, and efficient delivery, leveraging data and AI initiatives. This role offers impact across strategy, client service, and cross-functional collaboration within a global insurance context.

Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic leadership to develop team skills and behaviours, with training and policy adherence
- Align recruitment with business needs and maintain high morale and integrity
- Drive growth by reviewing and delivering the three-year strategic plan, retention and sales targets
- Shape propositions, market sizing, and sales/marketing strategies; maximise GB Retail distribution channels
- Personally manage a portfolio of clients and lead prospect pitches
- Maintain and improve an efficient delivery model; explore efficiency gains and technology use
- Support and deliver on AI initiatives and deploy data analytics effectively
- Develop overarching ecosystem of working relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Lead market-leading position by realizing growth opportunities with existing and new clients
