We are looking for a client-focused professional to support Marine Market Services across GB, North America, and London Market Lineslips. This role will act as the first point of contact for client queries, manage data quality from brokers, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client reports.
The role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding services delivered under Marine Market Services contracts (covering GB and North America) or under London Market Lineslips.
- Preparation, collation and quality assurance of deliverables for clients.
- Reviewing data collected from GB and North America brokers and working closely with them to address any quality issues.
- Organising meetings with attendees from WTW and client organisations.
- Fielding ad hoc queries and requests from Clients and from the Marine Business Unit.
Qualifications - What you’ll bring:
- Comfortable in customer-facing situations.
- A focus on delivery.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Good MS Office skills (Word & Excel) essential, knowledge of MS Access would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
