About the Role:

As a Client Service Executive, you'll provide outstanding client service and support to a diverse portfolio of new and existing clients across various exciting industry sectors, including Infrastructure & Utilities, Manufacturing & Industrial, Land Transport, Leisure & Hospitality, Retail, and Professional Services. No two days are ever the same, offering you a variety of new challenges and opportunities to manage and develop relationships.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
  • Thorough technical knowledge of Commercial Insurance programmes including but not limited to Property Damage/Business Interruption, Liability, and Motor Insurance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage your workload and balance competing priorities.
  • Team player who works effectively in various teams.
  • Working towards or have gained a Dip CII.
