The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of projects and initiatives, particularly in the context of ICT’s services for catastrophe bonds. This includes carrying out internal KYC processes, reviewing legal contracts, ensuring robust contract filing, anticipating challenges around post-event processes, liaising with reinsurance brokers and law firms, and budget monitoring.
  • Support Global Specialty’s coordination of client focused roadmaps and orchestration activities, which could include sales and proposition activities.
  • Develop, monitor and reforecast project budgets.
  • Ensure appropriate billing to client is carried out for the project.
  • Establish an internal network across Administrative Assistants, Finance, Excellence, Marketing and other teams to ensure adherence to internal professional excellence guidelines and delivery of successful projects.
  • Demonstrate commitment to WTW’s professional standards in project planning and communications with clients.
  • Quality assurance – ensure all communication and events are delivered to exceptional quality standards.
  • Work with Global Specialty team to ensure that all relevant artefacts are kept up-to-date and appropriate MI created as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the P&C insurance industry. Applicants from reinsurance brokers and securities teams are particularly encouraged to apply.
  • Pro-active and reliable, with a ‘can do’ attitude and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills with an ability to be adaptive and resourceful when presented with challenges.
  • Previous experience in project management would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute and manage to deadlines.
  • Highly numerate with direct experience of the financial management of projects.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
