Reporting to the UK based Regional Captive Advisory Lead ("RCAL") in SRC, you will work in unison with SRC and Captive & Insurance Management Solutions (CIMS) in creating new captive consultancy and captive management opportunities. You will represent SRC and CIMS interests internally (WTW brokers and colleagues) and externally (clients and prospects) in helping to promote our consulting services, including providing general technical and utilisation advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing and new business strategy in cooperation with the RCAL.
- Implement the marketing and new business strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities (including cross‑selling opportunities) within existing and new client base.
- Take responsibility for new business development projects.
- Promote the Company within and outside WTW.
- Provide technical advice on request within WTW.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, reinsurance brokers, and claims personnel as required.
- Assess exposures and risk.
