Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a worldwide broking initiative, working under the remit of Delegated Authority (e.g., on behalf of Gemini) to support Gemini as it launches in GB and North America, with plans for global expansion through 2026.
Initially, you will provide business and operational support for the ongoing management of Gemini, including:
- Providing relevant data and information at Carrier Engagement Meetings, reporting throughput, performance, market developments, risk, issue resolution, escalation, and sharing client/broker/insurer feedback.
- Managing and tracking the referral and override process.
- Ensuring data quality from Broking Platform and Contract Builder for reporting purposes.
- Serving as the focal point for queries and query resolution regarding Gemini processes and best practices.
- Resolving issues raised by internal stakeholders, wider WTW, Gemini, carriers, and auditors.
- Obtaining market agreement for contracts and changes, including leadersβ fees and facility administration charges.
- Overseeing the production of client contract and invoicing documentation.
- Collaborating with the Facilities Operations Team to ensure delivery of draft contracts, endorsements, risk bordereaux, and premium income limit monitoring.
- Providing business support to the leader of Gemini at WTW.
- Implementing and delivering contractual outcomes for Canopius and the Consortium market.
- Supporting and developing business changes through the Gemini rollout.
- Supporting carrier audits.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with an insurer service background; delegated authority experience is an advantage. We are open to insurance professionals interested in developing their careers in this area. Experience or interest in transformation or projects would also be beneficial. PBI knowledge would be helpful.

- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
