Joining our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory (ECBA) business, you’ll be part of this impact right from the start. In ECBA, we provide strategic and research‑driven consulting to help companies balance talent and governance risks and drive business results. Working with management and boards, we help them to balance the interest of key stakeholders and reach executive pay arrangements that stand up to scrutiny from shareholders, regulators and others. This is complex, sensitive and fascinating work. You’ll help us to deliver it to companies across a wide range of industries through a combination of expert advice, market‑leading data and digital tools.
The Role
- As an Analyst you will be making an immediate and valuable contribution to a range of cross‑industry client assignments.
- Working with market‑leading data, digital tools and GenAI, and learning from experienced consultants.
- Develop your consulting, practical and technical skills on our 9‑month FAST START training programme.
- Use your creativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful conclusions and insights.
- Draft reports and exhibits that incorporate impactful data visualisation and storytelling for clients.
- Gain exposure to real client assignments, with opportunities to begin building relationships with high‑profile clients across a range of sectors.
- Assist clients with drafting their Directors’ Remuneration Report - a key part of their Annual Report.
- Broaden your understanding of our client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications that are reshaping our industry.
- Continuously develop your skills in the areas that align with your talents and interests.
The work we do in ECBA is challenging and hugely varied. You’ll make an important contribution to data‑led projects such as:
- Reviewing executive pay design to ensure pay programmes are competitive.
- Supporting clients with corporate governance, regulatory reviews and trends updates.
- Providing market benchmarking on pay elements, including base pay, incentive plans and total reward.
- Supporting Boards to make informed and strategic remuneration decisions.
- Conducting financial analysis to support remuneration decisions and outcomes, to align pay with the performance of the company and the wider stakeholder experience.
- Using data analytics, regulatory research and financial trends to help companies understand and qualify their compensation strategies.
Qualifications
The Requirements

- Familiar, at a basic level, with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks.

- Committed to quality, continuously working to achieve the highest excellence standards.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and a strong academic record.
