This is an exciting opportunity in a new area within Advisory Services within our Health and Benefits line of business. The Special Project function was developed to support clients beyond the pillars of Medical, Risk and flexible benefits. This would be a key development role in the expansion of Health & Benefits and due to the varied nature would suit someone adaptable with strong interpersonal skills with previous experience in Employee Benefits/Flexible benefits.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver assigned projects activities, managing deadlines, priorities and quality standards, with guidance where appropriate.
  • Perform Data analysis in Excel using formulas and Macros and AI to support project delivery and contribute to client solutions.
  • Gather and document client requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity to support effective delivery.
  • Identify cross sell opportunities and refer them to the relevant WTW teams.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to support successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Health & Benefits (H&B) and the wider business (including M&A, Retirement and Communications) to deliver integrated delivery.
  • Contribute to the wider Special Projects team, sharing knowledge, ideas and best practice.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and project demands, and participate in potential secondment opportunities, working alongside client teams in HR-related functions.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in employee benefits, flexible benefits, M&A, Retirement or a HR-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-pilot).
  • Good analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to gather and document detailed client requirements accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and able to adapt style to different purposes and audiences.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in new or changing environments, including situations where not all information is known.
  • A proactive and positive approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative in own work while taking direction and guidance to support broader project delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
  • Prince2 or CIPD qualification (desirable).
