Experienced consultant to support the Head of Life Reinsurance Broking in the development and execution of the Willis Re Life proposition and licensed broking capability.
Key support responsibilities:
- Structuring, negotiation and execution of life reinsurance transactions across a range of product lines and strategic objectives.
- Identifying, assessing and developing reinsurance solutions that address capital, risk management and growth objectives.
- Partner with WTW Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) teams to originate opportunities and convert advisory engagements into reinsurance transactions.
- Transaction delivery, from opportunity qualification through placement and implementation.
- Client and reinsurer onboarding activities
- Assessing reinsurance pricing and structure alternatives, providing strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients and colleagues, bringing strong technical, commercial and market expertise to complex reinsurance opportunities.
