We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our HR team at Willis Re based in Ipswich. This role is integral to delivering a seamless employee experience by managing HR processes within Workday for our expanding global workforce and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for colleagues, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system updates.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, managers and leaders related to HR systems, processes, policies and compliance.
- Advise on total rewards offering and support with activities including annual performance and compensation reviews.
- Assist the People Business Partners with employee relations cases and ad‑hoc projects.
- Manage and process HR data in Workday and other HR systems, including offer generation, background checks, onboarding, job changes, terminations and other employee updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure consistency across systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and assist with audits as required.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality (desired).
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in HR Operations or shared services is desirable.
