We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Carrier Onboarding Analyst to support our Carrier Onboarding project, a critical initiative within Willis Re’s operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding processes between Willis Re and the reinsurers we work with. This is a hybrid 6 month contract position based at our office in Ipswich.
In this role you’ll support both sides of the onboarding journey:
- Inbound onboarding: receiving, reviewing and processing information from carriers to enable their onboarding.
- Outbound onboarding: providing Willis Re’s credentials and documentation to carriers as part of their onboarding process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a centralised log to track all onboarding activity, including requests sent, responses received, items agreed, queries raised, and outstanding actions.
- Monitoring and managing inbound communications to the carrier onboarding inbox.
- Executing specific tasks related to the onboarding of carriers, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate documentation.
- Review of carrier due diligence information and verification.
- Exiger input and output (our screening tool) to conduct due diligence checks.
- Coordinate with Willis Re Legal Team to resolve carrier TOBA queries or requests for amendments.

You’re organised, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You thrive in a process‑driven environment and have a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Understanding of onboarding processes and operations in financial services.
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles within financial services or insurance.
