An exceptional opportunity for an experienced team assistant to support a team of about 15 reinsurance brokers within Willis Re. This role requires someone who is confident in providing team support and comfortable with general assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the broking team, including travel arrangements and processing expenses
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
  • Support onboarding of new joiners and liaise with IT and People teams
  • Assist with desk planning and office logistics
  • Manage internal communications and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and visitor arrangements
  • Assist with planning team events and offsites
  • Maintain team records and shared documentation
