- Deployment & Automation: deliver repeatable, compliant infrastructure using Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Git‑based workflows; support blue/green and canary deployment patterns.
- Connectivity Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve complex network and service‑to‑service connectivity issues across IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments using Network Watcher, NSG flow logs, packet capture, and log analytics.
- Security & Compliance: implement and enforce Azure security best practices including identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption, policy governance, and threat protection; ensure alignment with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Excellence: monitor, optimise, and support cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance; contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Documentation: work closely with architects, developers, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions; produce clear technical documentation, including LLDs, runbooks, and standards for BAU support teams.
