Our client, a global leading container shipping organization , which provides customized services for various types of cargo including container cargo (dry, reefer and special cargo) and bulk cargo for raw materials, oil and plants, are looking for a Trade Coordinator to join their team at offices in London. On Offer: The opportunity to join a company which is known as one of the World’s top ocean carriers Monday to Friday Working Pattern (8-4, 830-430, 9-5) An attractive salary from £30,000 – £35,000, dependent on skills and experience Private Medical Insurance, INCOME Protection, Life assurance, Annual Leave from 21 days, Company pension, Season Ticket loan, Gym subsidy, Eye Test & Glasses Main Purpose of the Role: Working within the Container Marketing dept. and reporting to the Trade Supervisor, the Trade Co-ordinator will respond to Commercial and Trade enquires, providing assistance and guidance to local teams using the guidelines and strategies in place Duties and Responsibilities of the Trade Co-ordinator: Provide answers to requests for “price” and trade enquires related to the shipping of cargo to global markets within an efficient time frame. Support the local office commercial functions within assigned geographical areas. Closely monitor assigned areas performance towards their KPIs Implement Management strategic objectives within assigned areas providing assistance as required.
