Due to an increase in business, our client, a single source service provider to the Aviation industry providing solutions which include aircraft maintenance, storage, disassembly, ground/cargo handling, parts sourcing, and FBO services, is recruiting for B1 Aircraft Engineers.

  • IMMEDIATE STARTS!!!!
  • Contract work for a period of 5 – 6 months with priority to return next season.
  • Negotiable. Highly competitive and flexibility for the right engineers.
  • Setup outside of IR35
  • Approx. 200 hours per month.
  • Working onsite on a 5 on, 5 off, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm)

Main Purpose of the Role

Reporting to Hangar Crew Chief, B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers will be responsible for performing maintenance on time and by the applicable requirements, regulations, and approved standards so that all maintenance is released to service in a safe and compliant manner. The Licensed Aircraft Engineer role also includes tasks not directly related to maintenance, but crucial to the overall functioning of the organization.

  • Current CAA b1.1 license
  • Demonstrable recency – 200 logs within the last 2 years
  • Valid EWIS, Human Factors (HF), and Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) certificates
