Our client, a leading transport & logistics solution provider with exciting plans for future growth, is expanding its 4PL logistics team by recruiting a Logistics Broker / Transport Account Manager to be based at offices near Nuneaton.

Main Purpose:
The Logistics Broker / Transport Account Manager will work within a 4PL operation, providing a one-stop management service for clients\’ transport & logistics needs, by taking care of the process from start through to finish, minimizing risk for the client and protecting their services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with existing customers and subcontractors to enable continued growth.
- Maintaining relationships with existing Haulier partners/customers.
- Resource/allocate loads on a daily basis achieving the best possible margin.
- Ensure deliveries are scheduled on time and in line with customer expectations.
- Monitor delivery performance and notify customers of any delays.
- Work to set targets in line with operational KPI\’s.
- Ensure all information is accurate and up to date within TMS.
