Thisisarolewithinthe UKCAAand EASAPart145approvedaircraftmaintenancefunctionalareaperformingproductionplanningofaircraftmaintenance, incooperationwiththe Ccertengineercontrolworkflowwithin Tracking Plus.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewcustomerworkpackages, workingwith Ccertengineerplanthecheck. Basedonengineruns, functionalsinputrequirementetc. Inaddition, identifytoolingrequirementsfortheplannedcheck.
  • Create Ganttcharttoprovidecustomerwithmajormilestonesoftheplannedcheck.
  • Liaisewith CAMOandcustomerplanningforanychangestoplannedinput
  • Raise CAMOrequested Addendumswithin Tracking Plusandensureadditionalworkisperformed
  • Request3rdpartyasrequiredtosupport Part145, eg, NDT, Cleaning.
  • Liaisewithaircraftandenginemanufacturersandtherelevant CAMOtosupport Part145asrequired.
  • Assist Ccertengineerwithrelevantdataforthe Daily Status Report.
  • Using Tracking Plus, identifyproblemswiththecurrent Workorder
  • Review Tracking Plus(electronicrecordssystem), identifyerrorsand/oromissionsandliaisewithmaintenancepersonneltohaveappropriatecorrectionsmadetoensurethesystemisreflectiveofmaintenanceactivitiesperformed
  • Participateininternalandexternalstakeholderliaisonmeetingsasrequired
  • Performanyadditionaldutiesortasksasdirectedbythe Planning&Records Supervisor
  • Activelysupportandpromoteapositivesafetylearningculturethroughthereportingofoccurrencesandpotentialhazardsandbyadoptingcontinuousimprovementandhumanfactorsprincipleswiththeirwork
  • Planningexperienceisessentialwithina Part-145and/or Part-M/CAMOenvironment
  • Knowledgeandunderstandingofapplicable Part-145and Part-M/CAMOrequirements
  • Knowledgeofcontinuingairworthinessrecordssystems(e. g, AMOS, OASES, Tracking Plus)
  • Abilitytointerprettechnicaldata
  • Technicalrecordsexperiencedesirable
