Willis Aviation Services Limited is seeking an experienced Storage & Disassembly Manager to lead our aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly, teardown, and asset recovery operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing aircraft end‑of‑life programmes, maximising asset recovery value, and ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of storage and teardown projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly and teardown activities.
- Manage aircraft end‑of‑life projects from induction through to final disposition.
- Oversee component recovery, inventory control, traceability and asset management.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
- Drive safety, environmental compliance and operational excellence across all activities.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams including technicians, planners, logistics personnel and contractors.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, recovery targets and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with customers, lessors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
About You
- Significant experience within aircraft maintenance, storage, teardown, disassembly, MRO or asset management environments.
- Previous leadership or management experience.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance practices and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and aircraft records management.
- Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast‑paced operational environment.
