Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our in-house payroll across Teesside and Bridgend. You will ensure accurate, compliant monthly payroll processing, manage HMRC statutory payments, and coordinate with our external provider ADP to deliver timely, auditable payroll data.
You will work closely with Finance and HR, supporting audits and helping scale payroll operations as the business grows.
