Join Our Team as a Facilities & HSE Coordinator! Want to play a key role in keeping a busy aviation facility safe, compliant, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Facilities & HSE Coordinator to join our team at Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) in Teesside. In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll help maintain a safe and efficient operation, supporting facilities management, health & safety and compliance activities across our site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring it’s safe, functional, and well-maintained
- Manage external contractors and coordinate maintenance or repair work
- Support our HSE Advisor and lead on Health & Safety initiatives when required
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and emergency response drills
- Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification or solid background in Health & Safety, Fire Safety, or a related field
- Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practices
- Great attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Physically fit and ready for a role that combines practical and admin tasks
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in facilities management or contractor coordination
- Previous experience in aviation or engineering environments
- Knowledge of aviation safety management systems
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm
