Our client is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic and nurturing team. With carefully designed rooms, the nursery provides age-appropriate learning spaces that encourage curiosity and exploration. The expansive outdoor environment features a grass area, a mud kitchen and sandpit for creative and messy activities.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment where children can flourish. You will work within a team of early years professionals, delivering meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child's interests and developmental stage.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Experience working in an early years setting, with a strong understanding of child development

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care, supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and independence
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring their development is well-supported and recorded
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between different base rooms and stages of development
  • Utilise the large outdoor space to offer enriching first-hand learning experiences
  • Ensure health and safety and safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times
