As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment where children can flourish. You will work within a team of early years professionals, delivering meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child's interests and developmental stage.
What You’ll Need

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality early years education and care, supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and independence
- Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring their development is well-supported and recorded
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between different base rooms and stages of development
- Utilise the large outdoor space to offer enriching first-hand learning experiences
- Ensure health and safety and safeguarding policies are adhered to at all times
