As a
Level 2 Nursery Practitioner , you'll become part of a friendly team that's passionate about creating positive early years experiences and giving every child the strongest possible start in life.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant
- Level 2 Early Years qualification
(or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A calm, caring, and enthusiastic approach.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create engaging, play-based activities that encourage children's learning and development.
- Support children's daily routines, promoting their wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistently high standards of care and education.
