What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef, or similar role
- Experience within a care home, nursing home or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen compliance
- Understanding of specialist diets, nutrition, hydration, and allergens
- Ability to deliver consistently high-quality meals
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of texture-modified diets and dietary requirements
