Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Β£29,300 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | All Year Round

Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their recently opened nursery, which has undergone an extensive renovation to transform a characterful building into a warm, welcoming, and inspiring early years setting.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children's learning and development
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
