Room Leader (Level 3+) – Toddler Room - Up to £35,000
This nursery has been carefully designed to give children space to play, explore, and grow at their own pace. The pre-school room is busy and well resourced, with daily access to a large outdoor learning garden and routines that supports school readiness. The Room Leader plays a key role in shaping the day, guiding practice in the room, and providing consistency for both children and staff.

- Salary: £29,000–£35,000 per year

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Recent experience in a pre-school or nursery setting
- Confidence leading a room and supporting staff
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Additional training in safeguarding or child development
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily running of the pre-school room
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Create a calm, engaging environment where children can thrive
- Support and guide practitioners within the room
- Maintain accurate observations, planning, and documentation
- Work closely with parents and the wider nursery team
