Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day running of your room, creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children
- Planning and delivering a rich mix of creative play, focused learning, and group-led activities in line with EYFS
- Making full use of the nursery's well-resourced environment to provide varied, engaging experiences every day
- Supporting children's development and school readiness, contributing to the nursery's strong preparation outcomes
- Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
- Mentoring and supporting room-based staff, acting as a positive and consistent role model
- Contributing to the wider nursery team and upholding the setting's Good Ofsted standards
