Night Shifts, Part-Time
Hourly Rate: £24

This welcoming nursing home is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join its dedicated night team on apart-time, permanent basis. Set within beautiful surroundings, the home provides person-centred nursing care in a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
You'll be joining a supportive clinical team that values collaboration, professional development, and delivering exceptional standards of care. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nurse who enjoys working autonomously while knowing they have the support of an experienced management team.

What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
- Previous experience in a nursing home environment.
- Confident working autonomously on night shifts.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality and safety.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to residents.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Lead and support care staff during night shifts.
- Respond to residents’ needs promptly and with dignity.
- Ensure care plans are followed and updated in line with best practice.
- Work closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
