Nursing Home Manager
£70,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to lead a highly regarded nursing home specialising in dementia and nursing care for older adults. What We're Looking For
- Nurse qualified with an active NMC registration (RGN or RMN) or Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within elderly care services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Strong understanding of dementia care and nursing home operations
- Ability to manage budgets, occupancy, quality, and performance effectively

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the nursing home
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeing
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Drive quality improvements and continuous service development
- Lead, support, and develop nursing, care, and management teams
- Manage occupancy, budgets, and overall home performance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives
- Promote a culture of person-centred care and clinical excellence
