A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Room Leader to join a our client’s nursery that is committed to providing exceptional care and early years education. Who We're Looking For- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to support, motivate, and mentor colleagues
- Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education
