What Our Client Is Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN - RGN, RMN, RNLD or Children's Nurse considered
- Completed preceptorship is essential - newly qualified nurses will not be considered for this role
- Experience within a mental health, eating disorders or specialist CAMHS setting - highly desirable
- A compassionate, patient and trauma-informed approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit multi-disciplinary team
- Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to build therapeutic relationships with young people and families

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to young people with eating disorders within a specialist CAMHS setting
- Carry out thorough assessments of physical and mental health needs, developing and reviewing care plans accordingly
- Monitor and manage the physical health of young people, recognising and responding promptly to any deterioration
- Support young people through their treatment journey with compassion, consistency and a trauma-informed approach
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists and dietitians
- Build trusted therapeutic relationships with young people and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in line with NMC standards
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service
