Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
- Making full use of the room's dedicated all-weather garden
- Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
- Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors at all times
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's high standards of practice
